How to Answer Why Should We Hire You

The most important question is to be asked in an interview is 'why should we hire you?' Hey, it’s normal to be confused when an interviewer asks this question and you may say ' because you're hiring'. It's funny right! but you can't answer this question like this, here the interviewer is asking you, why should we hire you over other qualified candidates.

We are all applying for a job for the first time or not but definitely we have some curiosity to start our career as early as possible and remember you should show your strong willingness in your answer and not desperation for the job that you're interviewing for and make sure you use a few action verbs in your answer to reflect your willingness. Above answer shows your path towards the success and growth of the organization and here you have to inform the interviewer that your orientation is especially towards the success and you are here in the organization not only to make the money and you can mention in your answer that you will work beyond the salary because if you're successful it's not a big deal to earn money in your life. So, you're focused to achieve success in every project that you'll be provided and your orientation and focus should be on achieving success and the growth of the organization and earning every month salary and going back to your work and it doesn't make a right sense try to show how you're success-oriented through your abilities.

Having a solid experience as an Assistant Accountant at the 'Z company' for financial records management services for the past six years, I've developed the ability to analyze and to operate the financial records in a high volume and assisting my colleagues in different projects and I've also gained my bachelor's degree in finance.

I've managed my previous projects in a successful way to bring the right results to the company and I will bring not only experience but the required skills and creative problem-solving ability to this position for the growth and success of the company.

Example 4

Well, I feel like the job description has been written for the skills that I have and I've four years of digital marketing experience that you're looking for, including SEO (search engine optimization), SEM (Search engine marketing), social media optimization and social media marketing.  I have developed the right strategies for the brand awareness of the company in the online world with recent updates and I've written a number of articles on the company's website which later generated organic traffic. 

I managed to google ad campaigns and generated many leads to the company with a proper understanding of the right keyword intent to advertise and reduced the advertising expenses.
